DAILY PAINTING: I've built and stretched a new set of square canvases, which I've textured in various ways. You can see how the wash of colors interacts with the texture. I've got a very simple design in mind. The texture will break up the paint, making any detail impossible, but that's OK. So I'll be thinking in terms of large shapes and color interactions.
